The lady who makes the appointment is rude. Money wasted because the doctor was unable to determine what was wrong with the dog based on his examination. Further diagnostics were to involve several thousand tests. Thank you kindly for such treatment.

Good place, especially Dr. Marcin is a very good specialist. Two stars for the lady at the reception. Complete lack of respect for the customer. Nasty, rude and rude. It strongly discourages visits.

I do not recommend !!! They're taking money! Once I experienced how PLN 800 turned into PLN 1,500 but we left it, the second time our second dog overpaid with his life for PLN 2,800! You could immediately say that euthanasia is advisable! As a doctor, you should definitely say that the chance is 1% so that you can spare your dog from suffering! We're not doing it, 2800 will come! When we were there, the lady was also picking up the dog and in the same situation she was supposed to pay PLN 1,200 and they asked for PLN 1,700 and she was shocked! You don't do that and you don't fool people! There's nothing like spending PLN 500 net to remove an opinion! Therefore, there must be something to it!! We are waiting for the results of the autopsy and the police!

I do not recommend! After the operation, they ordered the dog to be picked up quickly because they knew it was barely alive. They could have said that he had no chance of survival, but they preferred to save a lot of money and send him home quickly after the surgery. Scammers and nothing else!!! The dog is dead
